The raw materials for one-step smelting of silicon calcium alloy are silica, lime, coke, wood blocks (or charcoal) and bituminous coal.
Silica requires SiO2 content to be greater than 98% and Al2O3+Fe2O3 content to be less than 1%. The less other impurities, the better. No soil or other impurities can be stuck on the surface, and the water absorption rate is less than 5%. The size of silica entering furnace is 30-60mm, among which the part greater than 60mm and less than 30mm should be less than 5%.
