At present, many steel mills will adopt calcium silicon cored wire for deoxidation treatment. However, due to various types of calcium wire and different processing maturity of various calcium wire, the result of calcium steel treatment is unstable, and the metallurgical effect, calcium recovery rate and cost are different. Calcium silicon cored wire as one of the core is one of the more common package, in the process of storage and processing, metal calcium is a large amount of oxygen generation calcium oxide, not only reduces the rate of calcium feed line process, also increased the oxidation product, seriously affect the effect of calcium treatment, and in the production of low silicon steel, silicon calcium in calcium treatment would produce line to add silicon yihsien now, can not meet the production requirement.
