High carbon ferromanganese sampling to verify the relevant knowledge

(1) Bulk sampling verification: when the batch is less than 10t, no less than 15 samples should be randomly taken from different parts of high-carbon ferromanganese; When the batch quantity is more than 10t and less than 30T, no less than 25 samples should be randomly taken from different parts of high-carbon ferromanganese; When the batch is more than 30t, no less than 30 samples should be randomly selected from different parts of high-carbon ferromanganese. The weight of each sample shall be approximately the same and its lumpiness shall not be less than 2020mm. The total amount of high-carbon ferromanganese sampling should not be less than 0.03% of the batch. All samples of high-carbon ferromanganese should be broken to less than 10mm, divided into 1·2kg by the quartering method, mixed and divided into two equal parts, one for analysis and the other for retention.
(2) Package verification sampling: no less than 10% packages shall be randomly selected for each batch. A sample of high carbon ferromanganese of approximately the same weight shall be taken randomly in each piece, with the lumpiness not less than 2020mm, and the total number of samples of high carbon ferromanganese shall not be less than 12, or at most 30. All samples of high-carbon ferromanganese should be broken to less than 10mm, divided into 1·2kg by the quartering method, mixed and divided into two equal parts, one for analysis and the other for retention.
