1.The process flow of the metal silicon for chemical use includes charge preparation, furnace smelting, refined bai making of silicon and casting, and crushing by removing slag inclusions. The carbonaceous reductants in charge are mainly petroleum coke and bituminous coal, and the amount of wood blocks and chips depends on the furnace condition. The production does not use wood, but the product quality is more stable. The proportion of charge is determined according to the product grade produced by the requirement. The ratio of petroleum coke to bituminous coal is determined by the amount of carbon required for each batch of ore silicon. The ratio of petroleum coke to bituminous coal has great influence on the working resistance of the charge.
