Introduction and application of inoculants
Ingestant is a kind of can promote graphitization, reduce the tendency of white mouth, improve the morphology and distribution of graphite, increase the number of eutectic groups, refine the matrix structure, it has a good effect in a short time (about 5-8 minutes) after inoculation treatment. It is mainly applicable to the general occurrence or the late instantaneous inoculation of various situations.
Method of use
1, inverted inoculation: the inoculant will be added to the bag, and then poured into the molten iron, make it evenly melted, can be poured.
2. The amount added is about 1.0-1.8% by weight of liquid iron.
