As far as the market is concerned, due to the impact of the epidemic, transportation controls are still tight. The February bidding for ferrosilicon by steel mills is gradually coming to an end. First, the number of purchases has decreased from the previous month, and the price range of steel mills has been lowered earlier. Ferrosilicon manufacturers have increased their shipping mentality, but on the one hand, higher freight rates raise costs, and on the other hand, they are more cautious in quotations due to financial pressure. As far as the market procurement customer office understands, affected by the downstream steel mills' cuts and shutdowns, they are not optimistic about the later market demand.
