Briefintroduction:
TiFe Cored Wire is a composite material made of Titanium iron alloy broken into a certain size and then rolled with cold rolled low carbon steel strip. It is mainly used for steel making and casting.
Features and usage:
* Titanium-iron cored wire is a kind of strong oxidant, and its deoxidizing capacity is much higher than that of silicon and manganese.
* The ti-Fe cored wire is fed into the steel, the reaction is stable, uniform, avoid secondary oxidation, and the inclusion floats quickly.
* The composition of molten steel can be controlled effectively and the alloying elements in steel are stable.
* Reduce alloy consumption, reduce production cost, greatly increase alloy recovery, increase steel strength, corrosion resistance and stability, and improve cast iron performance.
