Brief introduction：
Silicon Calcium Barium Alloy is a new compound deoxidizer, which has good deoxidizing effect in steel smelting and can purify liquid steel to some extent. Both the silicon and barium in the calcium barium silicon can react with oxygen to form oxide impurities that float on the surface of the liquid steel for easy removal. Calcium and barium can also remove sulfur, phosphorus and other harmful impurities in liquid steel, which can effectively reduce the harmful components in liquid steel.
USE：
* Silicon Calcium Barium Alloy is a new and efficient composite alloy in barium alloy series, which is deoxidizer and desulfurizer for steelmaking, and also has the function of dephosphorization. It is the inoculant and the metamorphic agent in casting.
* Barium can effectively reduce the vapor pressure of calcium and increase the solubility of calcium in molten steel. Compared with the silicon calcium alloy, when the silicon barium calcium alloy is added into the molten steel as the calcium source, the calcium content in the molten steel is about twice that of the silicon calcium alloy even when the calcium content is half of that of the silicon calcium alloy, and the calcium content in the molten steel is also significantly increased. It is fully shown that barium effectively protects calcium in molten steel and reduces the oxidation of calcium, so as to achieve the purpose of calcium treatment of molten steel.
