CaFe core wire is made by mixing calcium metal with a certain proportion of iron powder. The cored wire is made of a mixture of 25-35% calcium and iron powder. Mainly used as deoxidizer and desulfurizer in steelmaking process.
Features and usage：
* Long strip sulfide inclusions can be avoided by adding cored wire in the process of steelmaking, so as to improve the anisotropy of steel.
* With the help of the wire feeder, the liquid steel can be rapidly input and dissolved in the depth of the liquid steel, so as to reduce the blockage of the nozzle and play the role of deoxidation, desulfurization and inclusion removal.
* It can fine-tune the composition, improve the yield of metals and rare earth elements, and ensure the stability of the composition.
* Reduce the addition of valuable elements, reduce the refining cost.
