Brief introduction:
SI3N4 is the main component of ferrosilicon nitride, accompanied by free iron, ferrosilicon nitride and a small amount of other components. Ferrosilicon nitride for fire resistance is a gray-white powder, ferrosilicon nitride for steelmaking is a gray-white granular substance.
USE:
* Ferrosilicon nitride powder is mainly used in the plug mud of large blast furnace and a small amount in the furrow material or other amorphous refractory.
* Ferrosilicon nitride particles are mainly used for oriented silicon steel or other steel that USES nitride to improve strength (e.g., HRB400 steel bar).
*Ferrosilicon nitride is also an additive in the production of cold rolled unidirectional silicon steel sheet. Good strength at room temperature and low temperature, good corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and wear resistance can be obtained by adding ferrosilicon nitride to metal melt.
