Product Description
High grade carburizing agent is an indispensable auxiliary additive for producing high quality steel and casting parts. Graphite Petroleum Coke(GPC) Recarburizer is completely graphitized through continuous graphitization process with calcined petroleum coke as raw material at the lowest temperature of 2600 ℃. After crushing, screening and grading, products with different particle sizes of 0-50 mm can be provided according to user requirements. The proper selection of carburizing agent can reduce the production cost of castings.
Advantages
The procedure of graphitization can reduce the content of impurities, increase the carbon content and reduce the sulfur content. The purity of carbon is 98.5-99.5% and the nitrogen content is 50 PPM ~ 300 PPM. The product can greatly increase the amount of scrap steel and reduce the amount of cast iron. It also effectively avoid the heredity of pig iron to affect the casting. Graphite Petroleum Coke(GPC) Recarburizer can be used as carbon additive in some steel and aluminum plants, as well as refractories, insulating materials, fillers, etc.
