Brief introduction:

It is firm and brittle flakes with irregular shape. It is bright on one side with silver white color but rough on the other with brown color. The purity of electrolytic manganese is very high, containing 99.7% manganese.

In 1984, China exported electrolytic manganese to the world for the first time, and imported it mainly for the production of stainless steel.
Use of electrolytic manganese
(1)Manganese is an indispensable additive in smelting industry.Electrolytic manganese processing into powder is the main raw material for the production of manganese tetroxide, the electronic industry widely used magnetic material is the original tetroxide production, the market demand growth of about 15% every year.
(2). In recent years, the world aluminum industry has become the main user of electrolytic manganese. Aluminum-manganese alloy is a modern light and beautiful building material, decorative engineering material and protection material for underground engineering; aluminum-manganese alloy door retention has entered ordinary residential buildings, greatly expanding the market of manganese metal.
(3) in the steel industry, electrolytic manganese metal is also used as deoxidizer and desulphurizer, according to statistics, every consumption of per ton steel electrolytic manganese with an average of 0.06 kg, with the progress of metallurgical technology and steel-making enterprises producing added value high manganese steel, 1.4% to 1.8% of manganese content in manganese steel commonly used in the manufacture of automobile, diesel engine connecting rod bolts, half shaft, intake valve and machine tools gear, etc.
(4) At present, about 90% of the world's electrolytic manganese used in steel, especially stainless steel production.
About 70%-75% of domestic electrolytic manganese is used in the downstream steel industry, 45% is used in manganese steel alloy steel, 30% is used in 200 series stainless steel.Especially the development of 200 series stainless steel in Our country, the proportion of manganese metal in metallurgy is getting bigger and bigger, 200 series stainless steel is mainly used in consumer goods field, all food utensils, cabinet equipment and appliances, building decoration and so on.
5) In steelmaking production, electrolytic manganese is especially suitable for smelting "special, refined and high" alloy steel such as high manganese steel, heat resistant steel, precision steel and corrosion-resistant steel containing more than 10% alloying elements, and for smelting pure steel and nearly pure steel with low impurities and harmful elements
