USE:
* High carbon ferrosilicon is a new type of alloy used in bOF. It can replace ferrosilicon, silicon carbide and carburizing agent to reduce the amount of deoxidizing agent. It can be used in bof smelting deoxidizing alloying process with stable effect.
* As a new type of strong compound deoxidizer, it can also be used in general steel, alloy steel and special steel, and as a heating agent, it can also replace the traditional heating agent with higher price.
* No hydrogen source is generated during deoxidation, which ensures safety and reliability.
* Carbon and silicon are important elements that determine the function of steel. High-carbon ferrosilicon can not only react with the oxygen in molten steel to achieve deoxidation effect, but also dissolve the remaining carbon and silicon that have not been oxidized in molten steel to achieve the effect of increasing silicon and carbon, thus achieving the effect of killing two with one stone.
